G, Gregory Siff's first solo show, presented by The Site UnScene, opened on 11.11.11 at La Fonderie, a raw warehouse and foundry in Echo Park, LA, 2011. The exhibition showcased Siff's early and quickly evolving style: bold primary colors and basic geometry exploding the grid, with hand-patterned designs breathing new life into his urban, pop-influenced work. The exhibition was punctuated with immersive installations designed to give viewers a glimpse into the artist’s inspirations and process. Siff permanently commemorated the event by painting an outdoor mural on the grounds of La Fonderie. The sold-out show marked Siff's emergence from the street to the gallery and was an early success in the artist’s then-emerging career.
